Services
Consultation services for school-based concerns
I have experience as a school-based Mental Health Clinician and am happy to provide information, guidance and support with implementing wellness plans to help students manage their anxiety while at school. Meetings and related document fees are determined on an individual basis depending on what is required and time spent. I will provide a quote on additional services in advance.
Therapy throughout the lifespan
Children
Therapy for children 8-11 years old: I encourage parents to take an active part in therapy for this age group. I spend the last few minutes of each session with the parent in the room to address any concerns they may have and explain the therapeutic work that can be done between sessions with their child.
Youth/Teens
Therapy for youth ages 12-18: Youth within this age group can consent to therapy services themselves and attend sessions on their own. It is often helpful to have a parent or guardian have awareness or involvement in therapy, depending on the circumstances and at the youth's consent, to help solidify skills learned in the session and offer an environment that allows for therapeutic strategies to be used.
Adults
I offer individual in-person or virtual therapy services to adults of all ages and stages of life. This includes therapy for parents and care-givers. Virtual therapy is an option that allows you the flexibility and convenience of meeting with me from the comfort of your home or office.
